The staff were so friendly and helpful. One person spoke very good English. There were free drinks (hot & cold) at the lobby area. They have 4 private onsens to book for 45 mins in addition to the shared onsens. We tired the outdoor private onsen but preferred the shared onsen which also had an outdoor onsen. They have 2 types of onsen water and the hotel is located very close to one of the onsen sources, so have excellent hot water. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return. The hotel was also close to a big public Onsen facility which we also tried.

Helpful and quaint staff, amazing private and public baths of both Kin and Gin, easy to reserve the private bath, cute pajamas, free ice water outside of the public bath, rooms are small but just fine.

The hotel has public and private onsen in-house. Although the staff does not know much english, but they are nice and very eager to help.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and it was lovely to have access to private hot baths during my stay.
